Content Policy

This policy lists what is removable, what is suspendable, and what is immediately reported to authorities. It supplements the Community Guidelines.

Immediate removal + permanent ban

• Sexual content involving minors (also reported to NCMEC / law enforcement).
• Direct threats of violence against an identifiable person.
• Doxxing — publishing someone's private personal data with intent to harm.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.

Removal + warning

• Defamation against a private individual without evidence.
• Hate speech targeting a protected characteristic.
• Sharing PII of others (phone, ID, address).
• Spam, affiliate links, paid promotional content.

Hidden but kept

• Posts that are factually wrong but corrected after appeal.
• Posts flagged by 5+ unique reporters pending review.
• Comments with profanity that lose the support tone.

Evidence handling

Evidence uploaded to a post is shown publicly when the post is approved. If you submit sensitive evidence (audio of bribery, CCTV showing minors, etc.), use the report tool instead — moderators will review without making it public.

Copyright

If you believe content on CJP infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to cockroachjantaapartylive@gmail.com including: identification of the work, location of the infringing post, your contact details, and a good-faith statement.

Reporting abuse

Use the “Report” button on any post or email cockroachjantaapartylive@gmail.com for urgent issues. Threats of imminent harm should also be reported to local police.
