Terms of Service

By creating an account or posting on Cockroach Janta Pukar (“CJP”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use CJP

You must be at least 16 years old. You may not use CJP if you are legally barred from doing so under the laws of your country.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure. Don't share accounts. You may close your account at any time.

3. Content you post

You retain ownership of the stories, comments, and media you post. By posting, you grant CJP a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and store that content as part of the platform.

You confirm you have the right to post the content, and that the content is truthful to the best of your knowledge.

4. What you may not post

  • Defamatory or knowingly false statements about identifiable persons
  • Personal data of others (phone numbers, IDs, home addresses)
  • Threats, incitement, hate speech, or content that targets a group
  • Sexual content involving minors (will be reported to authorities)
  • Copyrighted material you don't own a licence to share
  • Spam, advertising, paid coordinated campaigns

5. Moderation

Every post is screened automatically and reviewed by a human moderator before becoming public. We may remove content, hide it, or suspend accounts at our discretion to keep the platform safe and lawful.

6. Anonymity

We never publish the real names of anonymous posters. However, we may be required by law to disclose account information in response to a valid legal request. Don't use CJP to commit a crime.

7. Disclaimer

CJP is a public reporting platform. We don't verify the truth of every story. Stories on CJP are personal accounts and do not constitute legal or professional advice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes

We will post updates here and update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be announced to active users by email.
